MOSAIC is my distinctive therapeutic bodywork set in a calming space that synergistically combine to immerse your senses, refresh your body, and renew your well-being. Soothing sounds & scents begin to de-stress you. Specialized bodywork techniques, essential oils & creams, and hot or cold treatments are applied to your body to aid in healing, relieve pain/tightness, and enhance the flushing action of  the lymph, blood, & energy flows to the muscles and tissues. And by letting go of all movement in your body, deepening your breathing & imagining stress leaving with every exhalation, a powerful feeling of lightness, calm, and relaxation is experienced.

I incorporate techniques that encompass elements from my years of training and experience: Swedish and rocking to bring about deep relaxation; hot stones to soften connective tissue; myofascial, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and trigger point to release painful,tight muscular adhesions; facilitated stretching to increase range of motion; sports and circulatory massage for enhanced blood flows and release of lactic acid from muscles; and pregnancy massage for mothers-to-be. I specialize in Therapeutic Hot Stone massage for people with tight, inflexible muscles to get the greatest benefits from a deep tissue massage. Clients have expressed that my massage work is distinctive and very detailed, and some the the "best neck work" that they have ever had.
